Exchange and return

Exchange within 7 days, subject to stock availability and proof of purchase.
For an exchange (return within 3 days after receiving the parcel), please email us at Cottoncubinfo@gmail.com or WhatsApp 0304-4239907 during working days (Monday to Saturday) from 10 am to 5 pm.
The article must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
Products purchased on 'sale' can only be exchanged in different size, depending on size availability.
We facilitate customers in both scenarios:
If the size or product mistake is from Cottoncub, we will bear the delivery charges.
If the size issue is from the customer’s side, the customer will bear the delivery charges.
